Almond Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 0.75 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Spread out everything on parchment paper baking sheet.
  4. Bake for an hour or so, mixing up every 20 min.
