- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped
- 0.5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 0.5 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 0.75 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 0.5 cup maple syrup
- 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
- 0.25 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 250F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spread out everything on parchment paper baking sheet.
- Bake for an hour or so, mixing up every 20 min.
