Carrot Ginger Bread

Ingredients

Carrot half

  • 0.5 tablespoon arrowroot flour + flour to 200g
  • 50g oil
  • 90g maple syrup
  • 160g oat milk
  • 60g carrot
  • 3.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 date
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Ginger half

  • 0.5 tablespoon arrowroot flour + flour to 200g
  • 50g oil
  • 90g maple syrup
  • 160g oat milk
  • 15g ginger
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Blend carrot half.
  2. Add flour and baking powder and mix.
  3. Blend blend ginger half.
  4. Add flour and baking powder and mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into the bread pan, alternating between the two.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
