Cheese and Pepper Spaghetti

- fresh pepper
- hard cheese like parmesan or pecorino romano
- Boil water with salt to cook pasta.
- Roast cracked pepper in skillet dry.
- Half-way through cooking pasta, add some pasta water to pepper in skillet.
- When pasta is about done, move pasta to skillet and mix until combined.
- Turn off heat, add grated cheese to pasta and mix. If it is stringy, add a bit more pasta water and mix.
