Egg Fried Rice

- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tsp dried parsley
- 0.5 cups cooked rice
- soy sauce
- high smoke-point oil
- cooked peppers/onions
- Heat up wok as high as it goes.
- Add some oil to wok.
- Scramble eggs with salt and parsley.
- Cook eggs (it should be quick).
- Move eggs to side of wok and throw in rice.
- Mix together.
- Add oil around edges of mixture, add soy sauce over oil.
- Add cooked peppers/onions and mix.
