Egg Fried Rice

  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.5 cups cooked rice
  • soy sauce
  • high smoke-point oil
  • cooked peppers/onions


  1. Heat up wok as high as it goes.
  2. Add some oil to wok.
  3. Scramble eggs with salt and parsley.
  4. Cook eggs (it should be quick).
  5. Move eggs to side of wok and throw in rice.
  6. Mix together.
  7. Add oil around edges of mixture, add soy sauce over oil.
  8. Add cooked peppers/onions and mix.
