Fake Hot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 - 2 lbs of chicken thigh or breast
  • 6 TBL Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 can alcoholic cider

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag in the fridge for 4-6 hours, turning halfway through.
  • Grill the chicken.
