Greek Yogurt Buffalo Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in crock pot on high for 3 hours with salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup water. Shred and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in pan with oil.
  3. Mix everything together and put into baking dish.
  4. Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes uncovered.
