Leftover Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • rice
  • vegetables
  • chicken stock
  • romaine lettuce
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • ginger

Directions

  1. Simmer chicken stock on stove.
  2. Add rice and chopped chicken.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce.
  4. Add in vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Top with romaine lettuce until wilted.
