Leftover Chicken Soup

- chicken stock
- romaine lettuce
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
- Simmer chicken stock on stove.
- Add rice and chopped chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce.
- Add in vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Top with romaine lettuce until wilted.
