Mango Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Bowl

  • frozen mango
  • banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs water

Toppings

  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • yogurt
  • any other fruit you like

Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds and water. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Blend together the rest of the bowl ingredients.
  3. Mix chia seeds and smoothie.
  4. Top with toppings.
