- 2 russet potatoes
- 0.5 bell pepper
- 1-2 celery sticks
- 0.25 cup (or so) mayo
- 1 tbl mustard
- white vinegar
- Cut up potatoes into even cubes.
- Boil, starting with cold water. Salt well.
- Check with a knife to see when they are done.
- Spread potatoes on to a baking sheet, sprinkle with white vinegar and sugar. Wait for it to cool.
- Chop other ingredients and put into a bowl.
- Once potatoes are cool, mix everything. Put in fridge to solidify.
