Potato Salad

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 0.5 bell pepper
  • 1-2 celery sticks
  • 0.25 cup (or so) mayo
  • 1 tbl mustard
  • white vinegar
  • sugar
  • parsley
  • salt/pepper


  1. Cut up potatoes into even cubes.
  2. Boil, starting with cold water. Salt well.
  3. Check with a knife to see when they are done.
  4. Spread potatoes on to a baking sheet, sprinkle with white vinegar and sugar. Wait for it to cool.
  5. Chop other ingredients and put into a bowl.
  6. Once potatoes are cool, mix everything. Put in fridge to solidify.
