Spicy Fish Tacos

Ingredients

Fish

  • 1 lb tilapia
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 TBL canloa oil
  • warmed corn tortillas

Slaw

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 TBL distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp white sugar

Lime Crema

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayo (optional)
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • salt

Directions

  1. Defrost tilapia in foil on grill with canola oil.
  2. Added spices once fish is defrosted, cook on medium until done.
  3. MIx slaw in a bowl.
  4. Mix crema in a bowl.
  5. Wrap tortillas in foil and grill until soft.
  6. Combine ingredients.
