Spicy Fish Tacos

Ingredients
Fish
- 1 lb tilapia
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 TBL canloa oil
- warmed corn tortillas
Slaw
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 TBL distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp white sugar
Lime Crema
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp mayo (optional)
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- salt
Directions
- Defrost tilapia in foil on grill with canola oil.
- Added spices once fish is defrosted, cook on medium until done.
- MIx slaw in a bowl.
- Mix crema in a bowl.
- Wrap tortillas in foil and grill until soft.
- Combine ingredients.
