Stuffed Peppers

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 jar red sauce
  • green peppers (as many as you want to make)


  1. Cook beef on skillet with salt/pepper.
  2. Combine beef in bowl with rice and sauce.
  3. Hollow out green peppers and steam on stovetop.
  4. Fill green peppers with meat mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in oven at 375 for 20 minutes.
