- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 jar red sauce
- green peppers (as many as you want to make)
- Cook beef on skillet with salt/pepper.
- Combine beef in bowl with rice and sauce.
- Hollow out green peppers and steam on stovetop.
- Fill green peppers with meat mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in oven at 375 for 20 minutes.
