Tomato Bread

  • 2-3 tablespoons arrowroot powder then cup4cup all purpose up to 400g
  • 500g fresh tomatoes
  • 100g olive oil
  • 50g dried tomatoes
  • 30g basil leaves
  • 30g pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Blend the tomatoes then add the dried tomatoes. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  3. Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 355F for 60 min until internal temperature of 210F.
