- 2-3 tablespoons arrowroot powder then cup4cup all purpose up to 400g
- 500g fresh tomatoes
- 100g olive oil
- 50g dried tomatoes
- 30g basil leaves
- 30g pine nuts
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Blend the tomatoes then add the dried tomatoes. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
- Bake at 355F for 60 min until internal temperature of 210F.
