Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 12oz full fat greek yogurt
  • 4oz vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6oz sugar
  • 280g cup4cup flour
  • 30g arrowroot flour
  • 24g baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl, dry in the other.
  2. Combine slowly whle using hand mixer.
  3. Pour into bread dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 65 minutes or until internal temp reaches 210F.
